System construction:
1.Control system
The microcomputer controller, a man-machine interface dialogue Chinese version presetting menu and variety of parameters can be personalized adjustment, optimization and application.
2. Delivery system
Adopt the high pressure electric pump as the delivery device for the lubricant, and supply the lubricant to each points.
3.Executive device
Solenoid valve assembly (Patent number: 200610017955.3, 200620030339.7) controlling all lubricating points separately, ensure oil supply pressure and supply reliability.
4. Detecting device
Using the high sensitivity of the flow sensor (Patent number: 200610017953.4, 200620030338.2) for real-time detection of each lubrication point supply condition, and feedback positioning field information to the main control system.
5.Motoring system
Set parameters remotely by computer, even to monitoring and maintenance, such as fault alarm and record, it is convenient for maintenance.
